“IN THE CLOSET” BY SIEGMUND FUCHS NOW ON STAGE AT CONVERGENCE-CONTINUUM (A rolling WORLD PREMIERE with Rainbow Theater Project, Washington DC) Old Man, Middle-Aged Man, and Young Man are taking refuge in a large walk-in closet. Each is in the closet for vastly different reasons. Enter 18-year-old John, who runs in panicked immediately following his first gay sexual encounter. As all three men try to convince John to come out of the closet, each has to confront his own humorous, awkward and heartbreaking reasons for being there himself. WHAT CAN MAKE THEM COME OUT OF THE CLOSET? IN THE CLOSET is directed by Cory Molner and features actors Clyde Simon, Jason Romer, Mike Frye and David Lenahan. IN THE CLOSET runs Thurs-Sat through Nov 4 at convergence-continuum’s Liminis Theater, 2438 Scranton Rd in Cleveland’s historic Tremont neighborhood. Fri & Sat Tickets at $20 general admission, $15 seniors (65+), and $10 students, Thurs tickets at $15, $12 and $8 available at convergence-continuum.org [1] and 216-687-0074.
