Good Afternoon!! Playmakers Youth Theatre in Beachwood is looking for a new Musical Director for the following two shows: - Willy Wonka (auditions early September, performances in December)- Guys and Dolls (auditions early January, performances in March) Ideal candidate should have experience working with and teaching kids music (these two shows are for students in 2-9 grades). Other important skills: organization, patience, and flexibility. We have a fairly short rehearsal process and try to work with your existing schedule and projects. Rehearsals are generally Sunday afternoons, Monday evenings. and Wednesday evenings. You will not be required to attend all rehearsals (i.e. blocking/early choreography). There is a stipend provided.
