Our desire was to choose plays that encourage you to think about life in new ways, or revisit familiar topics, to helpyou (and us) learn a bit about ourselves and just what it all means. In *The Whole Shebang*, a student presents her thesis project to the department’sboard as she works toward receiving her MU, Master of the Universe. She defends her meticulous design of our universe. In *A Long Trip*, an older man struggles tomake one final connection with his wife before he feels that he has lost her to dementia. Together, they relive the night that they first met.
