Tony nominee Adam Pascal, Natalie Weiss, and More to Teach This Summer at Cleveland Musical Theatre
“Making It On Broadway" – Cleveland Musical Theatre’s week-long training program – is thrilled to announce details of its upcoming summer Audition Prep Intensive!
During this rigorous 6-day program, students explore the realities of what it means to be a modern Broadway performer. Participating in classes taught only by Broadway/nationally recognized professionals, students have the opportunity to work with and perform for pros from every aspect of the business including casting directors, agents, Broadway stars, Tony winners/nominees, and more! During the course of the week, Making It On Broadway students participate in seven core training classes and master-classes that focus solely on intensive musical theater training.
Students will have the opportunity to work with the best in the business, including Tony nominee Adam Pascal (“RENT,” “Aida,” and more), Natalie Weiss (“Les Mis,” “Everyday Rapture”), and Jodie Langel (“Les Misérables”, Founder/CEO of “Making It On Broadway). Other faculty includes Martin Cespedes, Fabio Polanco, Jacqi Loewy, Leslie Varnick, and Jamibeth Margolis*. More guest artists to be announced soon!
If that isn’t enough, EVERY STUDENT is guaranteed to be coached by one of the Broadway master-class guest artists! On the final day every student does a private audition for a major NYC casting director and a NYC franchise agent.
The intensive runs July 25th – 30th at Cuyahoga Community College’s East Campus. Tuition is $880.
