At the late age of 20 years, Carlin started his professional dance training that led him to perform in theme parks, cruise ships with Royal Caribbean, judging for dance competitions, choreographing and teaching amongst his community, and performing with WOD champions hip hop crew Elevated, where he claims as home. Because of his late start, Carlin thrives on hard work ethic and passionate education for himself and in the classroom.
