Fight Fit Krav Maga and Get Hep Swing are teaming up to offer you a fun and free night of Jabs & Jitterbug. Fight Fit will be hosting a Valentine's evening free to members and non-members, so bring a friend to join these special events. No reservation or partner required. Everyone is welcome. 6:30pm Intro to Krav Maga self defense 7:00pm Krav Maga level 1 beginner class (intro continues) 7:45pm Swing dance lesson with Valerie Salstrom, owner of Get Hep Swing, Ltd. No partner required. Everyone is welcome to join and participate. Plus demo by the Get Hep Swing dancers. Fun Valentine refreshments provided.
