Rabbit Run Theater is hiring a Youth Theater Camp Director Date: November 11, 2019 DEADLINE TO APPLY: January 17, 2020 Job Overview: The Youth Theater Camp Director reports to the Executive Director as a seasonal independent contractor position. Salary range is commensurate with experience, and is highly competitive based on comparable theatres in the region. The Youth Theater Camp Director will have the freedom to operate independently but will work closely with the Executive Director in developing programming and hiring staff. The successful candidate will be highly organized with previous experience directing youth productions in both a traditional theater and a camp-structured setting and have an interest in returning each summer to expand the program. The Youth Theater Camp Director will develop and implement a series of week-long summer camps for ages 4 8 and 8 15. The current camp structure allows for families to attend one camp or, for older campers, to build a more intensive experience by returning for multiple camps through the summer.
