This year's script, entitled "Telethon of Trouble and The Blossomtini" is penned by newcomers Carol Dolan and Marianne Veniero (a member of CVLT's RSVP in-house improv troupe). Director Kourtney Daugherty brings the show to the stage. The dastardly plot involves a fictional CVLT telethon, with an array of scheming theater executives, local notables, and con artists serving as the phone screeners. The titular "Blossomtini" is a popular cocktail with a recipe worth committing a crime over. Several area bars and restaurants will be featuring their own "Blossomtini" cocktails in honor of the event - if you try one, you'll be able to vote for your favorite at the event! The suspicious cast features Cleveland's own Jan Jones as "Joan Johns," along with CVLT regulars Kris Tesar, Michael Rogan, Eric Oswald, Don Bernardo, Brianna Arko, Elyse Mulvaney, Claire Mulvaney, and Emma Moughan. Cristy Wright and Steven R. Tiderman are on the case as Detective Shaw and crime novelist Richard Palace. * 7:00 - Hors d’oeuvres and beer/wine cash bar at the Theatre * 8:00 - Act I, in which the mystery is revealed. * 8:45 - Your team searches for clues in the windows of stores in the Village and interview characters on the street. * 9:15 - Return to 'Headquarters' for catered dessert with complimentary wine and coffee as your team decides on a solution to the mystery * 10:00 – Act II – The criminal is uncovered and prizes are awarded to the team who was closest to the answer! *SPONSORED BY:* Liberty Ford <http://www.libertyford.com> Evans Printing Vintage Wine Distributor Inc <http://vintwine.com/> Arslanian Bros <http://www.arslanianbros.com> Tom and JoAnn Neff CVLT Women's Committee Paul Brest Gamekeepers Taverne <http://www.gamekeepers.com> Chuck's Fine Wines <http://www.chucksfinewines.com>• Hamlet Retirement Community <http://hamletretirement.com/> • The Popcorn Shop <http://www.chagrinfallspopcorn.com> • Beck & Call Concierge Services <http://www.beckncallneohio.com> • Dennis and Nancy Schramm • Tom and Louise Brick • Susan and Tod White • Sugar Me Desserterie <http://www.sugarmedesserterie.com> • Missy Schroeder • Chris White and Towar Vilas • Rick's Cafe <http://www.rickscafeandcatering.com> • Mary Hobbs, Artist <http://maryghobbs.com>• Chestnut Hill Homes by Jana Lutz Interiors <http://www.chestnuthillhomechagrin.com> CVLT's 87th Season is coming!
