The Center for Applied Autism has moved from downtown Akron to the Village of New Seasons, 1501 S Hawkins St, Akron, OH 44320. On Saturday, June 24th they will be holding an Open House at their new space from 10 AM to 2 PM. Community members are invited to take a free mini-acting class and learn about our various programs. Saturday youth classes for young people with autism will continue on a drop in basis on Saturday mornings from 10 - 11 AM throughout the summer starting July 1st. CADA is pleased to offer a special series of beginning acting classes that are geared for the general public on Saturdays from 1 - 2 pm. CADA and Ardmore Inc have teamed up to start a day theatre program for adults with autism and other disabilites. The program will run Monday thru Friday from 10:30 - 3:30 and will focus on creating original material that touches the lives of all people, of all abilities.
