*Lakeland Civic Theatre* *announces* *The Guide’s Guide to Lawnfield* by *Faye Sholiton* Directed by *Martin Friedman* Sets and Lights by *Craig Tucker* Award-winning playwright Faye Sholiton’s new two-person play explores what happens when a young man is introduced to a very special tutor. Joe is a 19 year old history geek and unabashed fan of James A. Garfield. While leading a tour of the president’s Mentor home, he encounters a visitor who is particularly adamant that he gets the story right. Along the way, Joe discovers the story he will want others to tell about him. Featuring Robert Hawkes and Joe Quinn.
