Skate Dance DreamTM ready to launch Dance Intensive Series HEADLINED BY *SYTYCD* Season 10 Winner FIK-SHUN! Cleveland, Ohio, December 2, 2015 – Skate Dance DreamTM is launching a new dance-only event, the Skate Dance DreamTM Dance Intensive Series, which will be unveiled for the very first time to commence their exciting 2016 season! The series kicks off with their debut Northeast Ohio Intensive, set for January 17, 2016 in Bedford, Ohio, at the Bedford Recreation Center. With a focus on learning in a non-competitive environment, the Skate Dance DreamTM classes succeed in providing a fun, rewarding, and encouraging experience that helps dancers reach new heights by growing their performance skill sets, expanding their repertoire of dance moves, and increasing their dance vocabulary. Headlining the event will be DuShaunt “Fik-Shun” Stegall (Season 10 winner from Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance), Jacque LeWarne (Season 11, Top 6 SYTYCD Finalist), and Sara VonGillern (Season 3, Top 8 SYTYCD Finalist)! The Intensive offers aspiring dancers, ages 7 & up, the chance to take master classes in a variety of different dance styles: from hip hop, to ballet, and break dancing to contemporary. The faculty meet & greet session serves to provide hands on insight into the different opportunities dance has to offer, while giving dancers, parents, and teachers guidance with their own respective dance paths. What makes the Skate Dance DreamTM Dance Intensive stand out? This unique experience offers small class sizes, limited to a 40:1 student/faculty ratio, to ensure a personal experience! Unprecedented access to maximize the exposure to the faculty throughout the event day; a choreographed group number performed alongside the SYTYCD finalists; and the chance to receive private, 20 minute critique sessions from select faculty round out the Intensive activities. With the Northeast Ohio Dance Intensive, Skate Dance DreamTM is pleased to present both Fik- Shun and Jacque LeWarne for the critique sessions.
