WordStage Literary Concerts seeks 2 actors - age range late 20's to mid 30's - to play Oscar Wilde and Bram Stoker for their next performance - "Oscar Bram and Walt." The script is based on letters and reminiscences of the three men and deals with the separate instances where Wilde and Stoker met Whitman when they were in America pursuing their own promotional and theatrical activities. WordStage uses a reader's theater format and usually has one or two rehearsals before the single public performance which is held in the Wright Chapel of the Lakewood Presbyterian Church - 14502 Detroit Ave. in Lakewood, OH. The performance is Saturday, June 3rd at 7:00 p.m. and the rehearsal will be scheduled when the casting process is concluded.The auditions will be held in the Chapel as well on Monday, May 15th at 6:00 p.m. If interested, please contact Founding Artistic Director Tim Tavcar at artsbear401@gmail.com.
