“Mary Poppins” Choreographer Opening Canton Players Guild Theatre The Canton Players Guild Theatre and DirectorMichael Lawrence Akers are seeking a dynamic Choreographer for our upcomingproduction of “Mary Poppins”. This is apaid position for a dance choreographer, who is versed in the followingdisciplines: tap (a must), jazz, modern, and musical theatre. The selectedchoreographer will be given 3-6 songs to choreograph/teach for theproduction. Contract dates will runfrom March 20th – May 12th,2016 (2-3 rehearsals per week.). Rehearsals are scheduled to run Sunday-Thursday evenings from 7-10pm. Auditions arescheduled for March 20th – 23rd. (March 22nd will be mandatory fordance callbacks). Mary Poppinsopens May 13th, 2016. Must be available for entire tech week runs. We are looking for a creative & imaginativechoreographer. One who is a team playerand can relate to children, teens and adults ranging from beginner to advancedlevels.
