PropertiesCarpenter Cleveland Play House, America’s first regional theatre andrecipient of the 2015 Regional Theatre Tony Award, is accepting applicationsfor a Properties Carpenter to support a 7show mainstageseason, school tour, and 2 MFA Acting Program shows. Applicants should have 1-3years of professional experience, preferably in regional theatre. Detailedknowledge of advanced woodworking required. Some metal working and welding. Working knowledge of mechanics aplus.  Must beable to plan projects and work independently, have good organizational andcommunication skills, and be able to assist the Properties Master with generalprops craftwork.  Props Carpenter isprimarily responsible for construction of furniture and large props.
