A ‘bubbly,’energetic woman, Mary Ellen is an optimist who brings a hopeful attitude tomost situations. “Black and Blue Rhapsody” isan exciting drama about the ongoing attitudes, beliefs, perceptions andbehaviors experienced between African American neighborhoods and policecommunity relations. “Blackand Blue Rhapsody” raises the question, “Does anything change except the date?”when it comes to African American and police community relations?
