*Meet the teachers you will study with at Houde School of Acting.* *Diana Frankhauser* – An online and in-person Meisner Technique teacher here at Houde School of Acting. She also instructs the weekly online studio hours, guiding many students as they practice what they learn in class. She has been working professionally in the Cleveland local film and theatre market for the past three years after completing her BFA in Acting from Wright State University. She has toured with The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s Next Stage Ensemble production of Twelfth Night and worked at several theaters in the area including Ohio Shakespeare Festival, none too fragile, and Ensemble Theater of Cleveland. Her film resume has grown to include dozens of commercials, industrials, short films, and feature films. *Kellen Boyle* - Currently teaches our Script Analysis and online Business of Acting classes. He studied acting at Marietta College and the Houde School of Acting. After graduating with a degree in Broadcasting, he became a TV News Reporter for WVNS-TV in Beckley, West Virginia. Until he began to pursue acting professionally and now, he can be found in “The Family Plan” starring Mark Wahlberg, “The Marksman,” and “Chick Fight.” *Heather Ashley* – is one of our online Meisner Technique teachers. Heather got her start in the acting world with commercial and industrial work back in 2020. This experience ignited her curiosity and led her to pursue training for film and TV. She has since added feature and short films to her growing resume, training extensively in the Meisner Technique with Jessica Houde Morris. *Angela Baker* – is teaching an online Meisner Technique class and our online Young Actors class. Angela has studied the Meisner Technique under Jessica Houde-Morris for a number of years. But before Houde school, Angela graduated from BYU with a B.S. in Theatre, English, and Speech Education and a Masters in Theatre Critical Studies with an emphasis in Dramaturgy. *Priya* - Has been studying and advanced quickly at Houde School of Acting since 2021, training extensively in the Meisner Technique, and continues to take Meisner classes as an advanced student with a growing resume of commercials, short films, and feature films. *Abigail Marie* - Director, writer, and stage manager with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in Theatre of Cruelty and classical theatre, with a degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and training at Shakespeare’s Globe. * Sean Fuerstenberg* - Went to Kent State University, where he majored in French Translation with a focus on global communication for film, television, and literature. He began at the Houde School of Acting in 2016 taking Improv, Meisner, and various other classes, eventually becoming a member of the Houde Rats and an improv instructor. He is currently a Cleveland cast member of The Dinner Detective murder mystery company and works on local film projects in the Cleveland area as a writer and producer. *Jessica Houde-Morris* - Founder and head instructor since 2004. Jessica’s students have appeared in productions like The Haunting of Hill House, The Vampire Diaries, General Hospital, Criminal Minds, and Black Widow. She trained at Playhouse West in Los Angeles and later became an instructor, teaching alongside Robert Carnegie, who studied under Sanford Meisner making Jessica a second generation Meisner Technique instructor.
