Some of the most beloved songs in musical theatre history have something in common. *They were written by LGBTQ+ artists.* This Friday, Western Reserve Playhouse celebrates the composers and lyricists whose voices helped shape Broadway with *OUT LOUD: A Pride Cabaret* This one-night-only event showcases songs from some of musical theatre's most influential creators, including Stephen Sondheim, Howard Ashman, William Finn, Andrew Lippa, Jerry Herman, Benj Pasek, Marc Shaiman, and more. The evening includes beloved favorites such as: "*Part of Your World*" from *The Little Mermaid* "*Somewhere That's Green*" from *Little Shop of Horrors* "*Journey to the Past*" from *Anastasia* "*Being Alive*" from *Company* "*You Will Be Found*" from *Dear Evan Hansen* Along the way, performers will share stories about the writers behind the music and the lasting impact these artists have had on Broadway and beyond.
