    Oldtimers of the Cleveland Theatre community should know that longtime 
Cleveland Play House actor Allen Leatherman died in his sleep at home Sunday 
night, November 4.  He had not been ill.  
    
    Friends are invited to attend a memorial service Friday evening, November 
9, at 7:00PM at the DEJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT Funeral Home at 4600 Mayfield Road in 
South Euclid. 
    
    It is a shock to lose this wonderful man who was a member of the Play 
House resident company for nearly 30 years.   Happily Allen had returned to 
the Play House last season to appear in HARVEY, and had recently completed 
his personal task of organizing Play House archives.  He will be greatly 
missed! 
    
    Friends hope to establish a memorial fund at a later date.
