If you love to sing, can hold your part and are fun to be around come out and audition for the choir in DISCORDIA at Cleveland Public Theatre.

Singers will participate in a choir (no movement required) for a new musical. These are volunteer positions.

Choir members would have a minimum rehearsal schedule -- no more than 1-2 rehearsals per week -- and performance schedules will be staggered so that not all singers will be required at all performances. The musical runs Oct. 17 - Nov. 8, Thurs-Sun; rehearsals begin on Sept. 1.

Please prepare 16-32 bars of your best musical material -- any genre -- and bring the sheet music in the correct key.

Auditions will be Wed. Aug. 20th at 7pm at CPT, 6415 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102. When you get to the theatre, look for signs which will indicate where to go. Please try to be prompt!

DISCORDIA is written by Linda Eisenstein and James A. Levin, and was awarded a 2002 Ohio Arts Council Individual Artist Fellowship in Playwriting.

Please contact Jyana S. Gregory, Associate Artistic Director for more information. 216-631-2727 x210.
