Dear Prospective Investor:

I would like to introduce myself to you, My name is Lisa L. Gottschalt.  I am a Certified public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Ohio.  I am currently the Accountant for Moneyball Productions and the Production Accountant for the Film we are going to produce called Spite.  

In order to produce this film funding is required.  That is why I am appealing to the Arts community.  You have the knowledge of the business and the potential access to capital to qualify you as an Active Investor.  We have sought you out to play a significant role.   As an Executive Producer you will provide the capital industry and business knowledge to assist local talent in creating and delivering a Film product to the art and entertainment industry.

All those interested in assisting with this film project can contact me for further details about the film itself and the level of commitment we are asking for, however in the event you already know you want to invest, the next paragraph details what percent of ownership in the film you would receive for each increment purchased.  In addition at the bottom of this letter is a perforated form that asks three things please complete and email it back in to me with your contact information.

The minimum investment of $1,250 (1/2%) up to $250,000 in increments of $1,250 based on how much you are investing. 

This investment, however comes with a significant return possibility, a gain of phenomenal sorts.  If the film does as well as expected and the box office more than allows.  We are talking about a $15,000,000 (yes million) return in approximately 2 years.  The most you could lose is your investment and even that is a tax deductible loss.  The art and entertainment business is high risk but the IRS realizes this and allows for the active investor to deduct his/her investment as an immediate loss.  Please consult your personal tax advisor and accountant for your specific situation
