A theatrical extravaganza based on a Hebrew play from the Italian Renaissance A Comedy of Betrothal by Leone de Sommi (1525-1590).

One performance only
Sunday, March 7th, 2:30 pm
Gartner Auditorium
The Cleveland Museum of Art

"Experience a landmark performance of Leone de Sommi's 16th-century comedy featuring actors, singers, instrumentalists and dancers in an afternoon of whimsy. With dialogue in English and songs in Hebrew, the production draws on commedia dell'arte gesture and historical dance for a truly entertaining performance."
