Actors' Summit Theater hosts
FIRST ANNUAL BIRTHDAY PARTY

Actors=E2=80=99 Summit announces its first annual Birthday Party on Sunday,=20=
May 23,=20
2004. The party begins with a reception and refreshments at 6:30 PM. At 7:00=
 a=20
cabaret review including something from all 50 productions that Actors=E2=
=80=99 Summit=20
has mounted during its first five years. Tickets for the benefit are still=20
available. The party will be at Actors=E2=80=99 Summit Theater in downtown H=
udson.=20

The performance will feature Wayne S. Turney, A. Neil Thackaberry, Paula=20
Duesing, Sally Groth, MaryJo Alexander, Keith Stevens, Constance Thackaberry=
,=20
Frank Jackman, Tim Keo, Sasha Thackaberry, and Kent LeMar. Scenes, songs, si=
ngle=20
lines, and monologues from the five years of performances (given in 9 differ=
ent=20
locations and on tour.)

=E2=80=9CWe=E2=80=99ve been scrambling to find some of the scripts we had do=
ne that first=20
season,=E2=80=9D said MaryJo Alexander, co-author of the performance. =E2=

Connie Thackaberry and her husband, Keith Stevens, each of whom has performe=

in multiple plays at the theater, will be flying in from their home in New=20
York City to participate in the party.

Actors=E2=80=99 Summit is one of only four Equity Theatres in Northern Ohio.=
 (The=20
others are: the Cleveland Play House, Great Lakes Theatre Festival, and Caro=
usel=20
Dinner Theater.) Actors=E2=80=99 Equity is the union of professional actors=20=
and stage=20
managers.
