New Moon Cafe, the Cedar Lee and Heights theaters, Woolworth=B9s, streetcars,
Cumberland Pool, Cain Park and other nostalgic area notables when From Here=
:
A Century of Voices from Our Neighborhoods by Cleveland Heights playwright
Eric Coble debuts at Cain Park=B9s Park=B9s Alma Theater.  Performances will be
held on June 26 and June 27 and both will begin at 7:30 p.m., although Cobl=
e
will present a lecture/discussion at 7 p.m. before the show on June 26.

Based on oral histories collected from past and present Cleveland Heights
residents as well as fellow Ohioans, From Here: A Century of Voices from Ou=
r
Neighborhoods weaves tales of family, life, war, intolerance, hard work and
celebration in a theatrical journey through Ohio during the 20th century.
The show, which includes stories compiled by the Cleveland Heights Oral
History Project, is directed by Sarah Morton and produced by the
award-winning Wallpaper Project, which has been creating theater from oral
history since 1997.

All tickets for From Here: A Century of Voices from Our Neighborhoods are
$5.  No additional discounts are available.

Funding for From Here: A Century of Voies from Our Neighboorhoods was
provided by the George Gund Foundation and the Cleveland Foundation.

Cain Park 2004 season sponsors are The A. M. McGregor Home, Cingular
