Your student is invited to join the excitement!

Progressive Arts Alliance and Judson at University Circle present the
third annual Music of My Mind: Creating Musical Biographies June 13-July
1, 2005.

Music of My Mind is a unique, intergenerational, three-week summer camp
where students create their very own documentary film.

Students will conduct and videotape interviews with Judson residents about
World War II-era pop culture, then edit footage using the latest
technology at the Center for Music and Technology at Case Western Reserve
University.

The program includes field trips to a local film studio and to Cleveland
Public Library’s Photograph Collection, and will culminate in a private
screening for family and friends!

Students will learn:
 Research and interviewing methods
 Communication skills
 Significance of World War II-era pop culture
 Teamwork and collaboration methods
 Working with older adults
 Latest in film-making technology
 The process of film making

June 13-July 1, 2005
Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Cleveland -- University Circle, near Wade Lagoon/Art Museum

Program Cost
Registration fee is $300 per student

Registration is open to students entering grades 8-12 in the fall or ages
13-17.
