 Good candidates for this training are nonprofit directors and staff members who are being groomed or are moving into leadership positions or who have added aspects to their jobs that require leadership skills.  The training is particularly appropriate for organizations going through intense change.  It is preferable that participants NOT be theater artists. This training is being offered to Shares members for a minimal charge of $40 to cover the cost of lunches, snacks and materials. Participants MUST commit to the full two days.
