TOMAHAWK RECORDS PRESENTS...THE JOURNEY-FREEDOM, PEACE, AND POETRY COMMUNITY
EVENT
 FREE TO THE PUBLIC NOVEMBER 5, 2005 2PM-5PM
AT RANDALL PARK MALL-MAIN STAGE AREA

The event is inspired by the poetry book: Tomahawk Records Presents "The
Journey" written by Javon "Chief Network" Bates & Bruce Ballard.

Journey navigates through various issues, such as personal stories of love,
jealousy, family values, religion, and trust.  It has a heartfelt musical
base---similar to an album with music or to what we label as, "writing with
a sound."  Some of the compositions are spoken words and others are free
flow poetry from the heart and soul. 

The day of the event I will be signing the book "The Journey" also that day.
The event mission is to bring everyone together for a peaceful day of
entertainment and eduacation.  We have a speaker from the N.A.A.C.P., North
Randall President of the city council, other charities coming to the event.
