This is a student film being made by myself and two other girls. We will be
meeting at Cleveland State on Thursday at 5:30 November 10th, 2005 in the
Communications building in the main lobby. Please come see us there, we will be
choosing which actors we are going to use. This is very casual, so come as you
are.
We will be shooting this Sunday from 9:00 am to about 2 or 3:00 pm. Lunch
will be provided. We will be filming in the Brecksville Reservation. The
second day of shooting will be the following Saturday from 2:00 pm until about 5 or
6:00pm. This will take place at my parent's house in Strongsville.
We will be shooting on 16mm, black and white reversal film. There is no
sound strip but we will have an audio overlay. This means that there will be no
speaking by the actors, but their facial expressions and body language will
carry the film.
The general story line is that of a girl who is cheating on her boyfriend.
She thinks that he is oblivious to everything. When she leaves the house, the
boyfriend notices something odd and follows them to the park. Brecksville
Reservation has a ton of paths that crisscross, they will be wondering playfully
in the park while the boyfriend tries to find them. Having no luck, and just
missing them every time, the boyfriend goes back home. When the girlfriend
finally returns home she brings her other "boyfriend" in the house with her.
This is when we realize that the guys are friends with each other. She leave to
get something to drink and then we realize that the guys are REALLY good
friends. (We will keep in clean!!!!! This is a fun film not a realistic film)
The film will be about 10-15 min's and will be very fun and playful. The
soundtrack will be pop/punk music. Everything is very light hearted and a spoof
on cheesy love stories gone bad that are seen on MTV sitcoms.

maps on where Brecksville is at our meeting on Thursday.
