Come to Harkness Chapel on Saturday, February 11, at 7:30 pm and hear  
the fabulous soprano Christine Brandes sing her way into your heart!  
She's performing a concert of Italian Baroque music called "The Agony  
& the Ecstasy -- or -- What I Did for Love!"

Chris is a home-town girl who's become a globe-trotting opera diva.  
She's coming back to Cleveland, where she went to graduate school, to  
charm us with her irresistible voice and dramatic wit. You'll love  
the stories she'll tell through song about martyred nuns and jealous  
lovers (although not in the same piece).

She's joined by Peter Bennett, one of Case's newest music professors,  
who's a critically acclaimed harpsichordist, organist, and director.  
His Ensemble Dumont has delighted audiences throughout Europe. And  
this is our first time to hear Peter in the United States!

Tickets are $25 (regular) and $10 (students), but there's a $5
