North Olmsted Cultural Activities Commission and
Kiwanis Club to host Juried Art Show at Frostville Museum,
requesting local Artist participants




The City of North Olmsted Cultural Activities Commission and The Kiwanis
Club of North Olmsted will be co-sponsoring the Inaugural North Olmsted
Juried Arts & Crafts Show held at  the Frostville Museum, Olmsted Historica=
l
Society=B9s Museum of Nineteenth Century Americana, which is located in the
Rocky River Reservation of Cleveland Metroparks.  The  dates and hours of
the show are August 11th between the hours of 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM and
August 12th, 2007 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All local
artists are encouraged to submit applications along with photos of
representative works to be judged and possibly offered for sale at the show=
.
To date approximately 500 artists from the eastern United States have been
invited to participate.

Judging will be supervised by members of the North Olmsted Cultural
Activities Commission. Proceeds will help support the charitable programs o=
f
the Kiwanis Club of North Olmsted and the Olmsted Historical Society.  A
prospectus and application may be obtained from any Commission or Kiwanis
member or by contacting John Kepperley at 440-779-7761 (email;
jkeppe at mac.com) Applications will also be available from Shannon English at
the North Olmsted City Hall as well as the spring functions at the
Frostville Museum. Deadline for applications for this year=B9s show is April
30, 2007.
