Job  Summary:  The  Executive Director is responsible for managing the human=

and financial resources  of The Ariel =E2=80=93 Ann Carson Dater Performing=20=
Arts=20
Centre in order to achieve the  Centre=E2=80=99s mission.  To that end, the=20=
Executive=20
Director is  responsible and accountable for all aspects of the organization=
, and =20
implementing the policies set by the Board of Directors.  The  Executive=20
Director reports to the Board of Directors.  The  Executive Director is resp=
onsible=20
for ensuring the success of the resident  ensembles of the Ariel including=20
The Ohio Valley Symphony, The Ariel Players,  The Ariel Jr. Theatre, The Ohi=
o=20
Valley Youth Orchestra, The Ariel Dancers and  any additional resident ensem=
ble,=20
and for implementing the policies set by the  Board of Directors.  The=20
Executive Director serves as Producer  for all in-house productions, arrangi=
ng and=20
supervising all aspects of  production and promotion.  *Candidates MUST be=20
fully available to work a  flexible schedule as needed, including weekends a=
nd =20
evenings.
