[NEohioPAL] Local Writer Published in SF 'Zine

Local writer, shamanic practitioner and tarot reader  Neal Szpatura has the 
featured article in the July 21 Strange  Horizons, the weekly web-based 
magazine of and about speculative  fiction.  

The article, "Of Preachers and Storytellers" is an interview  with 
internationally renowned author and ecofeminist Sheri S. Tepper.  Ms.  Tepper is best 
known to the general public for her novel Beauty, a long  fantasia on Sleeping 
Beauty, winner of the Locus Award for Best  Fantasy, and for novels such as 
Grass and The Gate to Women's  Country.  Earlier this year Tepper was listed at 
number  50 among the top 100 science fiction and fantasy authors of all time  
in SFX Magazine, a well known UK publication focused on the  literature of that 
genre.
