    "The Eight: Reindeer Monologues" (an adult dark comedy)

    *Show Dates:* Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, November 28 - December
    13, 2008
    Performed at CVLT's River Street Playhouse, 56 River St. in Chagrin
    Falls

    *Directed by: *Yvonne E. Pilarczyk

    *Audition Dates: *October 13 and 14 at 7:30pm *OR* by appointment.
    Call the director at 216-509-5524 for further information or to
    schedule an appointment. Auditions will be held at the River Street
    Playhouse, 56 River St. in Chagrin Falls.

    *Needed:* 4 Men and 4 Women, Ages 18 to 50. We will read from the
    script; a short prepared monologue is not necessary but would be
    appreciated.

    A dark, dark Christmas comedy.  Scandal erupts at the North Pole
    when one of Santa's eight tiny reindeer accuses him of sexual
    harassment.  As mass media descends upon the event, the other
    members of the sleigh team demand to share their perspectives, and a
    horrific tale of corruption and perversion emerges, which seems to
    implicate everyone from the littlest elf to the tainted Saint himself.

    * This is /NOT/ a show for children!*

CVLT was voted 'Best Community Theatre' by Cleveland Magazine Readers, 
and 'Best Theatre Group' on the Fox 8 HotList in 2007.

Chagrin Valley Little Theatre is generously funded by Cuyahoga County 
residents through Cuyahoga Arts and Culture and is supported by the Ohio 
Arts Council.
