Brecksville Theater On The Square is proud to announce the first production of its 35th season City of Angels, March 13th through 29th.
 
Directed by Geoffrey Short and music directed by Georgiann Bodle, the show features a dynamic cast of 18. City of Angels is actually two shows in one with interweaving plots: one dealing with the writing of a screenplay in the legendary Hollywood of the 1940's, the other being the enactment of that screenplay, with two happy endings! Based on a book by Larry Gelbart, with a swinging score by Cy Coleman and lyrics by David Zippel, this show takes the audience back in time to one of America's truly golden eras.
 
All performances are held at the historic Old Town Hall Theater on Public Square in Brecksville, at the corner of Ohio Routes 21 and 82. Curtain time is 7:30 for all Friday and Saturday shows, and Sunday matinees begin at 2:00. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and students through high school. Group rates are also available. The Old Town Hall Theater is handicapped accessible.
