AUDITION PREPARATION:Karamu House is looking for for
children and teens ages 9 – 18, all nationalities are welcome. Prepare a
one-minute memorized contemporary monologue OR you can read from the play.
Scripts will be provided to you when you arrive. You must also prepare 16
measures of an upbeat Broadway song or contemporary song of your choosing.
Please come prepared for movement.

ABOUT THE
PLAY: In
a loving home in the city of London, Dalmatian parents, Pongo and Perdita
happily raise their Dalmatians puppies until the monstrous Cruella De Vil plots
to steal them for her new fur coat. Join all the dogs of London, as they
daringly rescue the puppies from Cruella and her bumbling henchmen. With a
delightfully fun score, lovable characters, and one of the most deliciously
evil villains in the Disney Canon, this stage adaptation is certain to charm
and delight all audiences.

REHEARSALS:  will start around October
21, 2009, and depending upon the availability of the cast, rehearsals will be 3
– 6 times per week Mon – Fri, in the evenings.
