                        Auditions 


                        For the G. B. Community Theatre production of 

                        "Diary of Anne Frank"


                        will be held 
                         Mon. Nov. 30 and Weds. Dec. 2 at 6 p.m. 
                        Readings will be from the script. 
                        Please bring your list of conflicts.
                         
                        Winner of the Pulitzer Prize, Tony Award, Critics Circle Award, and virtually every other coveted prize of the theatre "The Diary of Anne Frank" by Frances Goodrich & Albert Hackett, and newly adapted by Wendy Kesselman will bring to life the true World War II story of the Jewish girl whose family hides in an attic in hopes of escaping the Nazis. Tender, amusing, enlightening, and moving "The Diary of Anne Frank" directed by Stephen Rhodes of Conneaut, will be performed Feb. 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 2010

                        Edith Anne's mother - age: 40ish 
                        Otto Anne's father - age: 40 to 60ish

                        Mr. Van Daan same age as Otto Frank 
                        Mrs. Van Daan same age as Mrs. Frank 
                        Peter Van Daan 16 to 18 
                        Mr. Dussel ( a dentist) 50 to 60ish 

                         
                        Hiders of the families 
                        Miep Gies 20 to 30ish 
                        Mr. Krahler 30 to 60 

                        Soldiers: 
                        First man 18 - 20 
                        Second man 18 - 20
