Join us for a surreal and magical journey at convergence-continuum as we
present the Ohio premiere of BRAINPEOPLE, by Jose Rivera, opening
tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 15.

The time: the present. The place: a faded penthouse in a violent,
militaristic Los Angeles. A rich and beautiful young woman has invited
two carefully selected strangers, one for her lovely eyes, the other for
her lovely hands, to a very special dinner commemorating the death of her
parents. She has offered the two strangers $20,000 each to attend (and
complete) the bizarre annual feast. The result is an engrossing journey
into the traumatized inner realms of the three very different, solitary
women that is alternately surreal, humorous, startling and magical.

"This real-time drama...unfolds beautifully and offers great insight into
how basic human-nature desires can go bizarely astray when the world is
falling apart." (San Francisco Bay Guardian)

The convergence-continuum production features actors Laurel Johnson,
Kristi Little and Laura Starnik, and is directed by con-con's Artictic
Director Clyde Simon.

BRAINPEOPLE opens tomorrow, Fri, Oct 15 and runs Thu-Sat through Nov 13 at
the Liminis, 2438 Scranton Rd. in Cleveland's historic Tremont
neighborhood. Tickets $15 gen. admission, $12 students/seniors. Opening
weekend tickets are still available. Reservations at 216-687-0074 or
