Weathervane Playhouse in Akron is seeking to cast ONE MORE MALE ACTOR for the January 2011 production of "Crumbs from the Table of Joy."

ABOUT THIS CHARACTER -- GODFREY CRUMP is a 35- to 40-ish African-American male. He is a widower raising his two daughters, Ernestine and Ermina, on his own after the death of his wife. He is described in the script as "a lean, handsome man...(who) wears an impeccably pressed suit. His appearance is always neat and well assembled."
