The classic story of forgiveness and the meaning of Christmas is brought to life in the ANTIC, Inc. production of "A Christmas Carol: Scrooge and Marley" Nov. 12 through 20. 
Ebenezer Scrooge (Peter Handley) is busy in his counting house on Christmas Eve. His employee, Bob Cratchit (Denny Semick) and his nephew, Fred (Jesse Madera) wish him a Merry Christmas. But Scrooge cares nothing for Christmas or the charity requested for the poor by the Charity Ladies (Kelly Schrack and Theresa Byron). He wishes to be left alone. Scrooge makes his way home and is soon visited by the ghost of his long dead business partner, Jacob Marley (Mark Brown). 
 
Marley offers Scrooge a chance to change his life before it is too late. Marley tells Scrooge he will be visited by three spirits, the Ghost of Christmas Past (Lynn Brown), Christmas Present (Patrick Wulff) and Christmas Future (Claus Siebenhaar). Soon Scrooge is shown his past with music and dancing, and his present and future. But will their visits of Marley and the spirits be enough to change the fate of Scrooge and save Tiny Tim (Jeriah Schrack)? 
 
The cast also includes Danielle Clarke, Christopher Poore, Tyler Coffy, Haley Gallagher, Linda Knight, Regan O'Neill, Chloe Schrack, Jessa Patterson, Tim Fuller, Jordan Euell, Karen Sauerbrey, Jenna Kull, Mackenzie Schneider, Rachel Hunter, Shari Schneider, Haley Calhoun, Michael Piascik, and Brandon Lucas. 
 
Show dates and times are Friday and Saturday evenings, Nov. 12, 13, 19 and 20, at 8 p.m.; and Sunday afternoons Nov. 14 and 21, at 3 p.m. 
The show will be presented at the Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Ave. in Cuyahoga Falls, in the Newell Theatre on the third floor.
