Fall 2011 Youth Theatre Classes

Registration is being accepted for Cassidy's intensive summer session of
Youth Theatre classes.

Do you have a little star at home just bursting with radiance and energy?
Let the Cassidy Theatre youth program teach them how to twinkle!


These musical theatre classes have been offering acting, singing, and
dancing classes for many years.

StarDust!
Theatre Class for 4-6 year olds
Saturdays 11am - 12pm
September 17th - November 19th

Here is a fun way for the youngest ones to get their start in theatre! This
non-stressful approach to basic acting will teach your star how to twinkle!
This class will work on imagination, memorization and working together. The
ability to read is not necessary. This class is a great way to get your
little one started building confidence while having fun! The students will
also get to perform selections with the StarBright class on the final day.

10 Week Class

Star Bright!
Musical Theatre Class for ages 7-15
Saturdays 9am - 11am - Classes on November 10th and 19th will go until 12pm
September 17th-November 19th

This class is for students who want to focus on acting, singing and dancing
in musical theatre. Students rotate through classes by age groups. This
program is designed to benefit children of all ability and experience
levels. Students will gain a basic knowledge of theatre as well as develop
their confidence of being on stage. They will be performing selections from
Willy Wonka as their final presentation. Students must have basic reading
skills.

SANTA'S TOYS AUDITIONS
Santa’s Toys have to get their dose of Christmas magic before they can be
delivered around the world to their new happy owners, but will the evil
Grendel destroy the joy of Christmas? Written by Bruce MichalskiDirected by
Kate Leigh MichalskiMusically Directed by Jordan Cooper Production
Dates:   December 10th and 17th 11am and 2pm AUDITIONSSaturday October 22nd
from 1-3pmAges: 6-19 Please be prepared to sing your favorite Christmas
song. You will also read from the script.Please bring all possible conflicts
to the auditions. This will be a condensed rehearsal process so attendance
at rehearsals is extremely important. A full schedule will be available at
the audition.
