An opportunity exists to join the staff of Cleveland Play House, a landmark regional theatre in the midst of a multi-million-dollar capital campaign and a move to a new multi-venue home at PlayhouseSquare. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Serve as chief ambassador to CPH audiences
•	Create and maintain a welcoming, comfortable, and safe theatre experience for all patrons, from arrival to departure.
•	Work closely with Marketing, subscriber agents, and FOH staff to ensure consistency of messaging.
•	Provide feedback on current policies and find innovative solutions to benefit the patron and CPH.
•	Provide timely and accurate responses to patron inquiries.
•	Oversee all Front of House operations for CPH’s three performance venues.
•	Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and motivate ticketing staff plus volunteer ambassadors to provide patrons with the highest level of customer service.
•	Maintain the event schedule for all public spaces.
•	Serve as a liaison to PlayhouseSquare FOH management.
•	Create and maintain various sales reports and data.
•	Reconcile and balance daily sales activity.
•	Provide PlayhouseSquare with season information to create shows, events and promotions in ticketing system in preparation for public sales.
•	Organize and oversee subscription and ticket mailings.
•	Oversee ongoing communication with subscribers and ticket buyers.

CORE REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, AND KNOWLEDGE
•	At least 3 years of customer service and personnel management experience.
•	Possess an honest and trustworthy nature as well as a passion to “go the extra mile” because you recognize the importance of the patron relationship.
•	Be a self-motivated, independent thinker, with a positive outlook and the ability to motivate and inspire.
•	Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines while still responding to immediate patron needs with grace, tact, confidence, and humor.
•	Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. 
•	Prior experience with Paciolan or other ticketing software desired but can train.  (Candidates possessing such experience will receive priority consideration.)
•	Competence in math and problem-solving.
•	Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays (based on performance schedule). 
•	Able to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift at least 40lbs.
