Are  you new to meditation? 
Looking  for peace of mind and body? 
Hoping  to restart a spiritual practice? 
Take  your practice to a deeper level? 
This  class draws from many traditions (including meditation, Tibetan 
practices,  creative visualization, Body Mind, yoga) and incorporates insights 
from  contemporary neuroscience. 
You'll  learn why meditation is good for your physical, emotional, and 
spiritual health;  you'll explore underlying assumptions and foundational 
techniques of meditation;  we'll brainstorm how to overcome obstacles to 
meditation; we'll help you create  a practice that works for you.
