Get your tickets now for the seventh in the Nunsense shows series written by Dan Goggins.

After two weekends of packed houses and sold-out performances, "Nunset Boulevard" at Independence Community Theater will have its two final shows this Friday and Saturday at 8pm. Tickets are $10. For tickets or more information, call 216-447-0443.

Nunset Boulevard follows the irrepressible Little Sisters of Hoboken as they receive the news that they have been invited to sing at the Hollywood Bowl. They are thrilled at the prospect until they arrive and realize they are booked at the Hollywood Bowl-A-Rama, a bowling alley with a cabaret lounge. The comedy mounts when the nuns learn that a famous movie producer is across the street auditioning actresses for his new movie musical, “Nunset Boulevard: A Song from the Hart,” about the life of Dolores Hart, the famous movie star who became a nun.

Director Ruth Wheaton has presented all six previous shows in Independence over the past 12 years. And now, Wheaton, along with Musical Director Gail Wirick and cast of five local performers, are excited to put on Nunset Boulevard.
	* The Reverend Mother, Sister Mary Regina, is played by Linda Waranai. Waranai was most recently seen as Reverend Mother in Strongsville’s rendition of the original Nunsense.
	* Another Nunsense regular, Lydia Kammersgard is back to once again play the role of Sister Hubert, the Mistress of Novices.
	* Jennifer Sindyla returns to the Independence stage as the streetwise Sister Robert Anne. Sindyla has played Sister Robert Anne in all six previous Nunsense shows put on by Independence and was Robert Anne in Strongsville’s recent production. Sindyla is also the choreographer of the show.
	* The endearing and naïve Sister Mary Amnesia is once again played by Kathleen Caldwell. Caldwell has previously portrayed Amnesia in Independence as well as directed Nunsense in Strongsville.
	* Kate Buddenhagen Zelasko returns to the Independence stage to play Sister Mary Leo for the first time. However, Zelasko was Sister Mary Amnesia in the 1996 Independence Nunsense.
Call 216-447-0443 today and reserve your seats. The house fills up quickly!
