I respect Fred and I respect Mark both a GREAT deal.  I like the idea 
instead of having an actor's "neighborhood watch" group, led by Mary 
Faktor, who I also like a GREAT deal.  She always has our backs.  I 
think we would all agree to applaud her love of fellow actors and 
vigilance.   I respectfully agree with FRED on this topic, because his 
argument makes sense in terms of all he has done for our arts 
community, and all on a voluntary basis.  It would be too much to 
expect that much more of his time and effort.  Thank you Fred.  Thank 
you Mark, for your passion too.  I have known you throughout even high 
school and you are one good person.
