[NEohioPAL] Making a phone ring on stage

Hello,

I'm in search of an affordable way to make a phone ring on stage. I've read up on the Tele-Q and the TRG12K from http://www.theatricalreality.com/, but they are both rather expensive. Does anyone know how to make one, or does anyone have one that they would be willing to lend or rent to Garfield Heights High School for a November production of Steel Magnolias?
