Do you need short term FURNISHED housing starting now? I have a 2BR
available until April 30. Willing to rent two individual rooms or entire
place--preferably to a performing/visual/graphic artist. Must be relatively
low maintenance and quiet/clean. I have one bedrooms (2) or will sublease
enitre place. NO CREDIT CHECK or APPLICATION FEE. No pets or smoking,
sorry. For entire place the rent is $900/month, all utilities included or
$850 if you get electric in your name. Single rooms are $450 a month. Email

rent plus security deposit required ($1,700 total or $1,800 total). For
single room rent plus sec dep also required ($900). Deposit returned in
full 30 days after move out if no damages (otherwise deducted from damage
costs). This is a nice, quiet, updated, furnished place.
