[NEohioPAL] SEEKING ADVICE

I am seeking advice as to collaborating with a musical group that wants to
begin writing music to accompany my copyrighted music lyrics. I know that
if anyone produces music using my lyrics I receive 50% of the royalties.
However, I need to know how to set up an initial written agreement with
this group.

*Do I strictly need an attorney for this, or will a simple business
agreement suffice?*
