Our online after-school theater classes for students grades 1-12 offer
something for everyone! Whether you are interested in sharpening your
skills, discovering new talents or just laughing and learning in a creative
way, our staff of dedicated theater professionals are here to bring
students together while apart and teach vital skills in expression,
communication and teamwork through the performing arts!

Secrets from LA! From Geico commercials to DirectTV, from popular sitcoms
to the Broadway stage...*Chris Chen* has done it all! Learn the steps
involved to book a commercial, the audition scene and who the players are
in the room. How actors make the shift from stage to camera and how to
determine the ultimate goal of the client after reading the commercial
copy. At the end of the session students will give a try at creating their
very own commercial and share their final presentation with the class.

*Once, Up on a Stage: Broadway’s Past to Present with Will Sanborn*

*Grades 6-12*

Every story's got a story! From Hammerstein to Hamilton, discover the
pivotal shows and creators that moved audiences and paved the way for each
generation of musical storytellers. We’ll even throw in a little
Shakespeare (All the world's a stage, after all!) You'll explore, create
and collaborate to illuminate this tale and imagine your role in its next
chapter. If theater is your passion, DO NOT miss this class. You will love
every second.

Kober (LES MISERABLES, SCHOOL OF ROCK, HAIR)*

*Grades 7-12*

This class provided lessons for life in the world of theatre. Study with
Broadway star *Andrew Kober* as he shares helpful hints to contribute to a
successful callback and potentially secure your ultimate dream role. Learn
what to count on when you walk through that audition door, how to choose
appropriate monologues, submit a professional resume and present an up to
date on current headshot trends and how to “Sell Your Song”. Andrew will
hold mock auditions, provide cold reads and how to anticipate to expect the
unexpected.

*Resumes for the Professional Actor & Current Headshot Trends with Robb
Sapp (WICKED, THE LION KING, SHREK) *

*Grades 7-12*

What’s hot and what’s not. Learn the business side of Show Biz from New
York’s finest!  Realize the technical approach for headshots. Get to know
yourself: mannerisms, bridging emotion with expression, self presentation
and awareness. Robb will also help with resume content, format and
variations. Learn how to market yourself with self marketing-websites,
reels, social media, in person meetings and networking. Learn who’s who in
the field: agents, managers, casting directors, producers, artistic
directors, company managers, production supervisors and more!
