From clowning fundamentals and physical comedy to exploring juggling, stage make-up, and costuming. The youth will learn to express themselves through physicality, improv, and dramatic storytelling. Whether you are tumbling into a new role or spinning a tale of wonder, this class will help you discover the performer within- while having a blast! We’ll clown around into a culminating showcase “under the big top”. CAN Academy improves academic skills, instills empathy and responsibility, builds character, and enhances creative thinking. Prepare to step into the spotlight and bring the circus magic to life! *This program is offered at NO COST, thanks to the Cleveland Foundation.* All classes are in person on-site at Cleveland Public Theatre. * CONTACT/QUESTIONS* Please connect with Zyrece Montgomery, CAN Academy Teaching Artist and Site Coordinator, via email or phone with questions. | zmontgomery@cptonline.org or 440.429.5752 (work cell)
