Saturday, November 21…Annual “Sugarplum Tea” to benefit the City Ballet of Cleveland, This event sold out last year and we had to turn people away at the door. This year it is from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm at the Acacia Reservation across from Beachwood Mall on Cedar Rd.� Get your tickets now as we are filling up quickly now! Meet and great your beloved characters from The Uniquely Cleveland Nutcracker. Enjoy a bountiful dessert buffet with your special tea or hot chocolate.�Our special photographer will be there to take your photo with the Sugar Plum Fairy or another Nutcracker favorite while you are invited to make your own crown, wand and ornament. Enjoy a special performance by the Sugarplum Fairy and other Nutcracker characters and a reading from The Uniquely Cleveland Nutcracker at 3:00 pm. This money has helped us to hire a full time Technical Director and key other personnel, and enabled us to continue bringing you the best in community theater. This type of funding strengthens our community, and enriches the quality of life in our neighborhoods for people of all ages. Cuyahoga Arts & Culture is the public funder of arts and culture organizations, programs and events in Cuyahoga County. CAC's sole funding source is a dedicated cigarette tax levied within Cuyahoga County. Established by voters in 2007, CAC has awarded over 1,200 grants since then, distributing over $125 million in tax dollars to more than 300 organizations based in the County.
