The Indie Gathering International Film Festival is coming back to Hudson, OH on August 11th-14th, and we are seeking a few more volunteers! The festival will be held at The Clarion Inn & Conference Center in Hudson, Ohio - 6625 Dean Memorial Parkway. The 2016 festival marks our 21st year of the event and features over 120 films from around the world; two days of lectures and panel discussions; convention room; monologue & fight scene competitions (with grand championship belt awards this year!); FX makeup competitions; classic car show and drive-in style screenings on Saturday (weather permitting); networking parties, and so much more! Auditions for the One Act Festival will be held Sunday, July 31st. The One Act Festival will consist of eight original comedic pieces written by local playwrights. Chagrin Falls Studio Orchestra presents "COMPANY" by Stephen Sondheim A concert performance, September 30, October 1, October 2 *Direction: Frank Lucas** **Musical Director/Conductor: Stephen A. Eva* To be performed at The Hermit Club and Chagrin Valley Athletic Club Featuring the 27-piece Chagrin Studio Orchestra performing the full Broadway score with light staging. Auditions: Tuesday, August 2nd 7 PM Wednesday, August 3rd 7 PM The Chagrin Valley Little Theater (40 River St, Chagrin Falls)* Rehearsals will be minimal. Dialogue will be open book and music will be memorized. Casting 4 women and 4 men to cover multiple parts each. All roles other than Bobby are available.
